Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as specified in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom elements of your website that we create specifically for you. However, we retain rights to reuse and repurpose general code, techniques, and non-custom elements.

6. Revisions and Modifications

The number of revisions included in your package is specified in your pricing plan. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If you terminate the agreement, you are responsible for paying for work completed up to that point.

8. Limitation of Liability

Web Craft is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
